Shortage of homes for Sale under $200,000
I have multiple buyers wanting a home for under $200,000. The tax credit has all kinds of first time home buyers trying to find a home before the credit expires on November 30th. Please call/email if you know of anyone that might have an interest in selling.
I just spent 3 hours going door to door putting out flyers trying to find more homes that are willing to sell.
I recently had 4 houses sell with multiple offers. It is crazy but it is good.
